The Unusual Pair

What do you get when an engineer and a football player come together to capture unforgettable moments? You get K Factory Productions...

It all started in 2012 when college students Kameron and Demetrius met at Westlake High School and started making short films. The boys both agreed that out of all their films, a silent film called Empathy, was their most memorable because it was their first short film; however, the boys' proudest moment was having the opportunity to film Westlake High School's class of 2015 graduation.They got to spend so much time with that class, capturing all their senior events leading up to the day of graduation!

Both Kameron and Demetrius are continuing their education at two highly esteemed universities. Kameron, with a football scholarship, attends the University of Minnesota, while Demetrius attends Georgia State University. Through all their activities and schoolwork, the duo continues to find time to produce unforgettable videos for special events and participate in community service events. They love capturing exclusive Interviews, people's reactions, and the character of people, but Demetrius recalled an event that they attended where Demetrius' percussion skills from high school came into play. They helped a non-profit organization called Bert's Big Adventures raise money to send children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families to Disney World which turned out to be the most memorable event that they have done so far.

They believe their gift as videographers should be shared with their family, community and everyone else that supported their journey. With such a strong support group behind them, Kameron and Demetrius plan on producing music videos on a bigger scale, reaching out to more influential people, and seek to complete those goals in the next few months.Their ultimate goal is having every rapper in Atlanta wanting to work with K Factory Productions and capture any and every event in Atlanta. They will continue pushing forward towards their goals for their families because it would be selfish to stop going towards success. Even though both want to reach similar goals for K Factory Productions, Kameron and Demetrius each have their own individual motives they wish to accomplish:

Kameron always thought that football would be his only future and being on the football team always motivated him towards success. He recognized that being involved in a sport can sometimes brainwash you into thinking that football was the only outcome, but he had dreams beyond playing on the field. He knew he was multi-talented and was great at film making.

Demetrius strives to see what the world has to offer. He is also multi-talented being a percussionist, composer of music, and being a part-time engineer. With aspirations to compose music for movies, Demetrius is motivated by his extended family and partner Kameron.

This quote is what Demetrius lives by and ultimately wants to see people do better and be in a better place. Mutually, they aim to prove all the naysayers wrong because they believe the more you get beat down, the more you will keep trying. Even though some of their ideas do not go as plan, the boys just continue to brainstorm and come up with new ideas. So be on the look out for Kameron and Demetrius and their upcoming YouTube mini series: K Factory TV.

Comedy Skits, Dance of the Week, Rapper of the Week, and Talent of the Week are just a few ideas the boys are working on.They want to make an impact in their community and allow all the important people in their lives to reap the benefits. Their mini series would not just be entertainment, but networking opportunities within their community. So watch out for them because an empire is on the rise!
